3PROTOTYPES
& REVISION

Before producing the bulk order we always realize a prototype. This is very helpful to understand if the design was correct, if the frame can comply with the quality standards and to understand if the fit is the best possible.

4PRODUCTION &
QUALITY CHECK

Once the prototype is approved the bulk production starts. Every passage is followed by highly qualified staff members, that certify the quality check.

5PACKAGING DESIGN & SUPPLY

It’s also possible to assist the customer with the project of the packaging: case, cloth and box, everything perfectly coordinated to the collection.

6LOGISTIC &
SHIPMENT

The shipment is managed by the logistic department, together with the warehouse. The staff is trained to prepare everything according to the requirements of the customer.

MATERIALS

The choice of the materials is crucial to keep the high quality standard of Nannini production. For this reason we always choose the best rough materials that are available in the market: the acetate sheets for design glasses, the plastic granule for the injection glasses or the different kind of leather that we use to create our goggles.
